(Rose Street) - Roadway on New Location - This project consisted of a 0.82 mile new facility on new location. Included were several side roads, a bike way, a box culvert, and two (2) traffic signals.

(Peach Street) Roadway Improvements (5 Intersections) -This project consisted of widening S.R. 0019 to accommodate a fifth center turning lane. It was located in a highly commercialized congested area. The project also included the design of a coordinated signal system (Six 6 signals).

Project Letting - 1999
(Garretts Run) - Roadway Reconstruction and Structure Replacement - This project consisted of reconstruction of a Major Collector facility and three (3) single span (51.5, 54.5, & 47.0 spans) Prestressed Concrete Spread Box Beam Bridges. Also included was the reconstruction of 0.07 mile of a Township Road.
