Safety and Mobility Initiative (SAMI) Project - This project included widening of S.R. 4019 and improvements to two (2) existing “T” signalized intersections.

This project consisted of widening S.R. 0018 (North Hermitage Road) from two lanes to five lanes. Five signalized intersections were upgraded and one new traffic signal installed at Shenango Valley Mall/Hermitage Middle School entrance.

Grant Street Bridge Replacement - This project included the replacement of a single
span thru-truss with a two span (63.17 m overall span) prestressed concrete adjacent box
beam bridge over French Creek. The project also included 0.259 km of approach roadway reconstruction.
