S.R. 0006 Section A02

US 6/Allegheny River Bridge Replacement  - This project included a single span (63’ c/c brgs.) prestressed concrete spread box beam bridge with integral abutments. The abutments and bridge barrier included a brick architectural surface treatment to complement an adjacent historic building. The project included 280’ of approach roadway reconstruction. The project also included minor intersection and roadway improvements on a local street network in Coudersport to accommodate detoured traffic during construction of the bridge. The detour was comprised partially of a pair of one-way roads in a residential community and included two temporary traffic signals.

Bridge Replacement - Potter County - This project includes a two span (98'-6" c/c brgs.) precast concrete spread box beam bridge over the West Branch of Pine Creek. The project also includes 535' of approach roadway reconstruction.

S.R. 0381 Section OST is located in Ohiopyle Borough, Fayette County, PA. The project was funded by PennVEST for the Redevelopment Authority of Fayette County, with PennDOT oversight and coordination from the Ohioplye Borough The scope of this Smart Transportation Initiative project was to provide pedestrians, bicyclists and boaters safeand efficient access to the Park's various amenities. The construction included resurfacing of S.R. 0381 Corridor, conversion of existing 4'-0" shoulders to 5'-0" directional bike lanes adjacent to the northbound and southbound lanes.
