FAQ: Q. Once I view emails using webmail, will I be able to still download them at work?; A. Yes, as long as you do not delete the messages from the webmail site.

Q. Messages disappear from my inbox. Why?

A. Once you download your messages on your work machine, they will automatically disappear from the webmail.

Q. How can I download the attachment enclosed with my email?

A. When viewing the email, scroll down to the bottom, and click download under attachment 2.

Q. If I send a message, will it be sending using MY email address?

A. Yes, it will look the same as sent from your work machine.

Q. It says "YOUR NAME" before my email address instead of my name. Were can I change this?

A. On the main page chick the wrench on the top left corner of the page. Here you can change Real Name and your personal signature.
