Sucevic, Piccolomini & Kuchar Engineering, Inc. (commonly known as SPK Engineering) was founded in 1981
and has been providing civil engineering services for 30 years. We are located in Uniontown, PA and have been
providing a wide range of engineering services in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. SPK is currently certified
by DEP to prepare and submit gas well drilling permits and will receive expedited review.

We employ 50 highly trained professional and technical personnel. Because of our small firm status we can provide
personalized attention to our clients need. We have built our excellent reputation by being responsive to our
clients by providing quality products with timely deliveries and within budgets. We utilize the latest engineering
technologies to ensure that our designs are most cost effective.

Over the years, we have developed an excellent rapport with state and local agencies that enables us to expedite
permitting processes. We have worked extensively with PENNDOT, PADEP, WVDOT and the Army Corps of
Engineers. Additionally, we have worked with numerous Local Municipalities and Redevelopment Authorities.

SPK has recently prepared and received approval of Heavy Road User Maintenance Plans in
District’s 2-0, 3-0, 9-0, 10-0 and 12-0.
